Recruitment of an external collaborator for the assistance of an HIMO Trainer in the locality of Maroua

Agency: ILO | Reference: rfx_12589_ROAF | Type: Call for individual consultants The International Labour Office (ILO) is seeking an HIMO Training Assistant to strengthen the capacity of stakeholders involved in HIMO community works within the framework of the Agricultural Value Chain Development Support Project – Phase II (PADFA II) in Maroua. The consultant will be responsible for assisting the HIMO Trainer in the preparation and daily organization of training sessions in Maroua. He/she will prepare training materials, participant and trainer kits, attendance lists and forms, as well as certificates. He/she will also ensure that the necessary room, materials, and equipment are available before each activity. During the training sessions, the Assistant will help organize theoretical classroom training, practical exercises and work, monitor participant attendance, and respond to logistical needs. At the end of each session, he/she will collect and file evaluations, photos, attendance forms, and other useful documents, and then transmit them to the Trainer to facilitate the preparation of the training report. He/she will produce the start-up and final training reports. The duration of the mission will be twenty (20) working days.
