Original language: French11-Jun-2026 Les services prévus au titre de ce contrat consistent à mettre en place les Comités de Gestion des Plaintes (CGP), le renforcement des capacités de leurs membres dans la compréhension et le fonctionnement (opérationnalisation) du MGP dans le cadre des activités du PIDACC/BN-Mali. La durée de la prestation est de (45) jours à compter de la signature du contrat. Elle prend effet à compter de la date de notification du contrat, et couvrira les périodes de la préparation, la rédaction et la soumission des rapports provisoires et finaux.
