Wij zoeken een planjurist voor de ruimtelijke uitdagingen die we hebben. Jij bent de professional op het gebied van ruimtelijke ordening, in het bijzonder de juridische aspecten. Onze planjuristen werken bijvoorbeeld aan het omgevingsplan, adviseren op ruimtelijke initiatieven en ruimtelijke onderbouwingen. Je begeleidt planologische procedures. Je stelt regels op voor het omgevingsplan. Jij weet vanuit jouw juridische kennis en ervaring goed hoe jij je moet bewegen in een politiek-bestuurlijke omgeving om het juiste resultaat te bereiken. Je adviseert aan college en gemeenteraad. Je schrijft daartoe college- en raadsvoorstellen. Verder draai jij je hand niet om voor het behandelen van inspraakreacties, zienswijzen en beroepschriften.
