Original language: GermanVertragsgegenstand ist die kontinuierliche redaktionell-fachliche Betreuung sowie Aktualisierung und Weiterentwicklung des Internetauftritts www.rauchfrei-info.de, inklusive des dazugehörenden Online-Ausstiegsprogramms, des Forums und des Chats sowie die damit verbundenen administrativen Aufgaben sowie die kontinuierliche Betreuung und Weiteren-wicklung der Social Media-Plattform ‚Instagram‘. Die Internetseite sowie das Ausstiegspro-gramm wurden in 2024 überarbeitet. Das online -Ausstiegsprogramme wird weiter überarbeitet. Neben der Webseite besteht auch ein Instagram Kanal Insta-gram/rauchfrei_info dessen Betreuung (Redaktion, Text, Grafik, Community Management) ebenfalls zum Aufgabengebiet gehört. Die technische Betreuung des Internetauftritts ist nicht Bestandteil dieses Vertrages, sondern wird von einem Dritten (im Folgenden als „Technikagentur“ bezeichnet) ausgeführt. Die redaktionelle Betreuung erfolgt in enger Abstimmung mit dem zuständigen Fachreferat des Auftraggebers und der Technikagentur. Zum Vertragsgegenstand gehören zudem insbesondere die Erstellung neuer Texte und die Aktualisierung bestehender Inhalte zu allen Themen des Internetauftritts mit Schwerpunkt auf der Ansprache von Erwachsenen und das Korrektorat aller online gehenden Texte. Die Beantwortung von Bürgeranfragen, die Forumsbetreuung sowie die Chatbetreuung sowie dessen Vor- und Nachbereitung sind ebenfalls Bestandteil der Leistung. Mit der voraussichtlichen Errichtung des Bundesinstitutes für Prävention und Aufklärung in der Medizin (BIPAM) zum 01.01.2025 ist eine Webseiten Konsolidierung geplant. Für diese Zusammenlegung der Seiten ist ein Konzept für eine Überführung in die neue Seitenstruktur zu erstellen sowie notwendige Zuarbeiten zu erledigen.
