Informa-se que o locador do imóvel promoveu intervenções necessárias nas instalações hidráulicas, com o objetivo de garantir o adequado funcionamento do espaço físico e assegurar condições mínimas de uso, higiene e conservação. Para tanto, foram adquiridos os seguintes itens: ducha higiênica Líder, torneira para jardim Herc preta, niple roscável, tê Tigre roscável e fita veda rosca.Ressalta-se que tais adequações se mostram indispensáveis para a continuidade regular das atividades administrativas do BARRAPREV, evitando prejuízos ao funcionamento dos serviços públicos prestados. Ademais, os materiais utilizados possuem natureza de manutenção predial, não caracterizando acréscimo estrutural relevante, mas sim medidas necessárias à conservação e funcionalidade do imóvel.
