Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Lieferung eines neuen Elektro-Minibaggers als reales Ausbildungsobjekt (Applikationsebene) für den flexiblen kombinierten Halleninnen und Carport-Außeneinsatz. Das Gerät dient als finales Prüf- und Ausbildungsobjekt für angehende Land- und Baumaschinenmechatroniker am Goldenberg Europakolleg in Hürth und muss Zugriff auf herstellerkonforme Diagnose- und Freischaltprozeduren ermöglichen. Ziel der Beschaffung ist die Vermittlung der Qualifikationsstufe 2S gemäß DGUV Information 209-093 in der Land- und Baumaschinenmechatronik. Das Ausbildungsziel erfordert ein prozessorientiertes Lernsze-nario im zweistufigen Ablauf: - Teil A (Laborverbund): Erarbeitung der Fachkunde, der fünf Sicherheitsregeln und der Fehlerdi-agnose an den 11 HV-Sicherheitstrainern (Fahrzeugsimulation) sowie der mechanischen Tiefen-reparatur (Zelltausch, Cell-Balancing) an den HV-Batteriesimulatoren. - Teil B (Werkstattpraxis): Übertragung der Labor-Kompetenzen auf die werkstattpraktische Um-setzung und Fachkundeprüfung (reales Freischalten und messtechnische Validierung) an einem schweren Nutzfahrzeug der Agrar- und Baumaschinentechnik.
