Als regievoerder ben je een duizendpoot: je hebt een breed takenpakket en schakelt op een werkdag tussen allerlei typen werkzaamheden, belangen en emoties, waaronder: Afnemen Brede Intake en opstellen PIP.Afstemming en intensieve samenwerking met alle betrokken organisaties zoals SWO en Afeer en de inburgeraar.Monitoren van de voortgang door o.a. gesprekken.Organiseren rand voorwaardelijke zaken.Handhaven indien nodig.Administratie en registratie in systemen. Als regievoerder begeleid je de inburgeraars in je caseload en neem je regie over alles wat bij het inburgeringstraject komt kijken. Regie nemen betekent niet dat je alles zelf doet; je zet samen met de inburgeraar en andere organisaties de lijntjes uit voor het te volgen traject. Regie nemen betekent ook dat je overzicht hebt en houdt op de vorderingen in het inburgeringstraject van de statushouders en gezinsmigranten in jouw caseload. Verder draag je bij aan de kennisontwikkeling op het gebied van inburgering in onze gemeente c.q. regio. Je komt te werken in een klein team Inburgering dat onderdeel uitmaakt van het nieuw te vormen team Toegang Sociaal domein. In dit team werken we voor en met de burger binnen o.a. de Participatiewet, Jeugdwet en de Wmo.
