Wij zoeken een regionaal adviseur WmoDe uit te voeren werkzaamheden van de kandidaat zijn o.a; -de co?rdinatie van de regionale Wmo dossiers waar de 4 gemeenten in samenwerken- houdt zich bezig met het onderzoek en mogelijk opnieuw inkopen van een aanvullend Wmo product voor aanbieders met specifieke expertise- houdt zich bezig met de afronding en implementatie toetredingsronde Beschermd wonen- houdt zich bezig met de toetredingsronde groepsbegeleiding- houdt zich bezig met het onderzoeken en mogelijk realiseren van een gesubsidieerde combinatie inloop en groepsbegeleiding voor de doelgroep psychiatrie - houdt zich bezig met de ontwikkelopgaven zoals afgesproken in de nieuwe contracten Wmo 2025.Kandidaat legt hierin verbinding tussen beleid en uitvoering en werkt regionaal. Het uiteindelijke resultaat is om te komen tot een rechtmatig en dekkend zorgaanbod Wmo voor de regio Kop van Noord-Holland en de voortgang op de vertaling van de regiovisie Sociaal Domein naar zes opgaves. Wij staan open voor een detavast constructie. Door in te zetten op de mogelijkheid tot overname van de inhuurkracht anticiperen we op toekomstige ontwikkelingen.
