Tijdens de werving van vaste invulling voor een Regisseur Ondernemingsklimaat en Arbeidsmarkt is de gemeente Oldambt op zoek naar tijdelijke invulling voor deze functie. Als Regisseur van de vakgroep Ondernemingsklimaat en Arbeidsmarkt geef je richting aan de vakgroep en werk je samen met beleidsadviseurs en teammanager aan prioritering en planning. Daarnaast: Pak je zelf een aantal prioritaire inhoudelijke onderwerpen op het gebied van economie en arbeidsmarkt op, waaronder de economische visie voor Oldambt; Geef je sturing aan het vakgroepplan en ben je gedelegeerd opdrachtgever van geselecteerde projecten; Ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt en de eerste escalatielijn op inhoud voor de medewerkers binnen je vakgroep; Zorg je voor integraliteit, zowel tussen beleidsthema?s als tussen bestuur, organisatie en uitvoering; Organiseer je het werk en voer je regie op de P&C-cyclus, waarbij je inzet op kwaliteit, capaciteit en kennisontwikkeling binnen het team; Geef je feedback, faciliteer je onboarding en coach je (junior) beleidsadviseurs in het voeren van adviesgesprekken en het bestuurlijke proces; Werk je als ??n van de drie regisseurs gezamenlijk aan de doorontwikkeling van portfoliomanagement, de indeling van vakgroepen, ontwikkelingen rondom Nij Ambt en de inzet van AI.
