Over het projectHet Cultureel Centrum Myllesweerd in Mill ondergaat een ingrijpende verbouwing, waarbij de voormalige brandweervleugel wordt toegevoegd aan het bestaande centrum. Dit project cre?ert ruimte voor het Hobbycentrum Mill en versterkt Myllesweerd als bruisend hart voor cultuur, ontmoeting en creativiteit. De Gemeente Land van Cuijk werkt hiervoor samen met de Projectco?rdinator die verantwoordelijk is voor het projectmanagement en de total engineering. Duurzaamheid en innovatieBij dit project staan duurzaamheid, circulariteit en innovatie centraal. Circulair en gezond bouwen is het nieuwe normaal. Waar mogelijk worden duurzame en no-regret maatregelen toegepast om bij te dragen aan een positieve impact op milieu, klimaat en gezondheid. Als Projectco?rdinator speel jij een sleutelrol in het realiseren van deze ambities. Jouw rolAls Projectco?rdinator ben jij de spin in het web en zorg je ervoor dat alles volgens plan verloopt. Je bewaakt de voortgang, onderhoudt contact met alle betrokken partijen en draagt bij aan een duurzame en toekomstbestendige realisatie van Myllesweerd.Wat ga je doen? Je bent verantwoordelijk is voor het projectmanagement en verzorgt de total engineering van het project. Co?rdineren van projectactiviteiten door alle projectfasen heen: van projectdefinitie tot uitvoering. Bijdragen aan het opstellen en bewaken van het ruimtelijk-functioneel en technisch Programma van Eisen (PvE). Organiseren en bijwonen van ontwerp- en bouwvergaderingen. Onderhouden van contact met de gemeente, aannemers en andere stakeholders. Co?rdineren van de integratie van architectuur, bouwkunde, constructies, bouwfysica, brandveiligheid en installaties. Bewaken van duurzaamheidseisen en het toepassen van circulaire bouwprincipes. Signaleren van knelpunten en het aandragen van oplossingsgerichte voorstellen. Rapporteren over de voortgang, inclusief planning en budgetbewaking.
