1. The Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport (MIT) (formerly Ministry of Transport and Public Works, as per Executive Decree No. 102, dated August 15, 2025) has received financing from the World Bank to partially finance the cost of the Emergency Resilient Reconstruction Project, and intends to apply part of the funds to make payments for the Road Rehabilitation of the E-25, Section: Santo Domingo – Las Mercedes – 10 de Agosto – San Miguel de los Bancos with a length of 62.40 Km, located in the provinces of Santo Domingo de Los Tsáchilas and Pichincha.
