Předmětem veřejné zakázky je výstavba nové budovy Kranioprogramu, která bude navazovat novým krčkem na stávající budovu „Parkpavilonu“, dále nových fyzioterapeutických cvičeben, administrativy. V suterénu nové budovy vzniknou podzemní parkovací stání pro pacienty i zaměstnance, prostory pro záložní zdroje elektrické energie. Dále předmětem veřejné zakázky je rekonstrukce historické části budovy pro využití uvolněných prostor po provozech přesunutých do nové budovy Kranioprogramu, navýšení kapacit zázemí pro personál, modernizace provozních prostor a stavební úpravy potřebné pro komunikační propojení obou budov. Součástí změn ve stávajících budovách je dále i rozšíření ubytovacích kapacit pro klienty.
