- A Pre-Bid meeting shall take place on the 22nd of September 2026, Time: 10:00 hrs at Inclusive Connectivity and Development Project Office (ICDP).
- The Bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible bidders between 09:00 to 14:30 hrs on any working day upon the submission of a written application to the address below by providing a Certificate of Registration (PCA 3) issued by the Registrar of Companies and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee for each lot as shown below;

- Bids must be delivered to; Attention: Mr. Gamini Rathnayaka, Procurement Division, Ministry of Highways, 7th Floor, “Maganeguma Mahamedura”, No: 216, Denzil Kobbekaduwa Mawatha, Koswatte, Battaramulla, (Postal Code: 10120), on or before 10:00 hrs 07th October, 2026. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend promptly after bid submission at the same venue.
