- Guvernul României a primit finanare din partea Bncii Mondiale pentru Proiectul Consolidarea Bazelor pentru Îmbuntirea Furnizrii Serviciilor Judiciare i intenioneaz s foloseasc o parte din aceste fonduri pentru contractul: Reabilitare Judectorie Calafat. Valoarea estimat a lucrrilor, conform indicatorilor tehnico-economici aprobai, este de 12.518.252 lei (TVA inclus).
- Ministerul Justiiei prin Direcia de Implementarea a Proiectelor Finanate din Împrumuturi Externe (DIPFIE) invit ofertanii eligibili s transmit oferte sigilate pentru reabilitarea sediului Judectoriei Calafat din Bdul. Tudor Vladimirescu nr. 29, Calafat, Jud. Dolj.
- Procedura de achiziie este licitaie naional competitiv, fiind utilizat documentaia „Solicitare de Oferte” (RFB) aa cum este specificat în Regulamentul Bncii Mondiale privind Achiziiile, noiembrie 2020, i este deschis tuturor Ofertanilor aa cum acetia sunt definii în Regulamentul privind Achiziiile.
- Ofertanii eligibili interesai pot obine informaii suplimentare i pot analiza documentaia de licitaie la adresa menionat mai jos între orele 9:00 – 17:00.
- Documentaia de licitaie în limba român ((i) PDF: documentaia de licitaie, listele de cantiti, documentaia tehnic: specificaii, plane, fie tehnice i (ii) versiunile editabile ale documentaiei de licitaie i listelor de cantiti - în cazul conflictului dintre versiunea PDF i cea electronic, versiunea PDF va prevala) poate fi transmis Ofertanilor eligibili interesai prin intermediul unui link, începând cu data de 18 septembrie 2026, dup transmiterea în prealabil a unei solicitri scrise prin email, la adresa menionat mai jos.
- Ofertele trebuie transmise la adresa de mai jos la data de 9 Noiembrie 2026, ora 14:00. Ofertarea electronic nu este permis. Ofertele întârziate vor fi respinse. Ofertele vor fi deschise public, la adresa menionat mai jos, în prezena reprezentanilor desemnai ai Ofertanilor i a oricrei persoane care dorete s participe.
- Toate ofertele trebuie însoite de o Garanie de Participare la Licitaie în valoare de 600.995 lei.
