Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zimowe utrzymanie dróg, chodników i placów na terenie Gminy Dobra własnym sprzętem i środkami uszorstniającymi w celu zapewnienia przejezdności oraz ograniczenia zakłóceń płynności ruchu drogowego wywołanego zjawiskami atmosferycznymi. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz warunki zawierają wzór umowy z wykazami dróg i placów do zimowego utrzymania w priorytecie I, II i III stanowiącego załącznik do SWZ oraz w szczegółowej specyfikacji technicznej zimowego utrzymania dróg. Zakres przedmiotu zamówienia obejmuje: 1) odśnieżanie dróg, chodników, placów na terenie Gminie Dobra, 2) zwalczanie ślizgości (posypywanie materiałem uszorstniającym) dróg, chodników, placów w Gminie Dobra w sezonie zimowym 2025/2026, za pomocą sprzętu i materiału Wykonawcy. 3) pełnienie dyżuru (utrzymywanie w gotowości sprzętu i obsługi). 4) pozimowe sprzątanie dróg z chodnikami z priorytetu I Łącznie w ramach rejonu do odśnieżania jest 64,310 km dróg. Zimowe utrzymanie dróg polegać będzie na odśnieżaniu dróg poprzez mechaniczne usuwanie na boki śniegu z jezdni i poboczy oraz zwalczaniu ślizgości zimowej i gołoledzi polegające na zapobieganiu i usuwaniu jej za pomocą materiału uszorstniającego zgodnie z przypisanym priorytetem: I, II III. W przypadku nagromadzenia śniegu powodującego zawężanie szerokości drogi również jego wywozu. Przez odśnieżanie i posypywanie 1 km drogi należy rozumieć odśnieżanie nawierzchni na całej szerokości i posypywanie nawierzchni drogi na wzniesieniach, zjazdach, zakrętach.
