This tender concerns the provision of comprehensive, continuous maintenance services for general construction and various building installations. The services will be provided for buildings managed by the Regional Branch of the Military Property Agency in Szczecin. The detailed description of the subject matter and the terms of execution are specified in the annexes to the Specification of the Contract Award (SWZ), specifically Annex No. 1 – Description of the Subject of the Contract and Annex No. 4 – Draft Contractual Provisions. This contract aims to ensure the continuous operational readiness and safety of the Agency's facilities through expert maintenance and rapid response capabilities.
