Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je rekonstrukce budovy filtrů Puech – Chabal, nacházející se na pozemku parc. č. 14245/1 v k. ú. Plzeň v areálu úpravny pitné vody Plzeň, Malostranská 143/2, Plzeň 326 00. Záměrem investora je provést celkovou rekonstrukci objektu a zachovat tak jedinečnou stavbu s historickými konstrukcemi v industriálním duchu a rovněž současné využití jako sádky. V rámci realizace akce bude zejména kompletně obnoven střešní plášť (dřevěné krokve, bednění a krytina) včetně repase světlíků, které zajišťují prosvětlení objektu, rovněž budou osazeny nové klempířské prvky. Stávající ocelová konstrukce střechy bude zachována a ošetřena. Střecha bude opatřena záchytným systémem proti pádu pro umožnění následné údržby. Bude provedena sanace svislých konstrukcí a obnova fasád vnějších i vnitřních včetně výměny nebo repase výplní otvorů oken a dveří, dochované prvky budou řemeslně ošetřeny. Budou doplněny chybějící části potrubí. Rovněž bude provedena rekonstrukce silnoproudé elektroinstalace v kompletním rozsahu včetně výměny osvětlení a nová hromosvodová soustava. Vně objektu bude provedeno kácení a ošetření dřevin, nový okapový chodník, související terénní úpravy a náhradní výsadba. Před zahájením stavebních prací zajistí dodavatel ve spolupráci s nájemcem areálu, společností VODÁRNA PLZEŇ a.s., vytyčení stávajících inženýrských sítí v místě vymezeném pro stavbu.
