Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je zpracování projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby (dále jen „DPS“) včetně soupisu prací, dodávek a služeb s výkazem výměr (dále jen “soupis prací“) a oceněného soupisu prací, dodávek a služeb s výkazem výměr (dále jen „rozpočtu“) v souladu se Standardy služeb architekta a jeho dokumentace pro navrhování staveb vydané ČKA doplněná o náležitosti dokumentace pro zadání veřejné zakázky na stavební práce dle vyhl. č. 169/2016 na akci „Rekonstrukce objektu Liberecká 3367/35, Jablonec nad Nisou na městské byty“, která bude sloužit nejen k provádění stavby, ale i k výběru zhotovitele vlastní stavby. Projekt Liberecká 3367/35, Jablonec nad Nisou má podanou žádost o spolufinancování z Integrovaného regionálního operačního programu (IROP) a proto je nezbytně nutné, aby: DPS byla zpracována v souladu s aktuální metodikou 115. Výzvy IROP – SOCIÁLNÍ BYDLENÍ II. KPSV+-SC 4.2 (MRR), zejména pokud se jedná o Specifická pravidla pro žadatele a příjemce.
