Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je realizace akce „Rekonstrukce SZCT pára x HV – oblast provozu Špitálka – ul. Stavební“ v rozsahu dle projektové dokumentace a v souladu se zadávacími podmínkami. Podrobný rozsah stavebních, které požaduje zadavatel realizovat, je blíže specifikován v PROJEKTU a v soupisu prací a výkazu výměr. Dodávkou stavby se rozumí úplné a bezvadné provedení veškerých stavebních prací a konstrukcí včetně dodávek potřebných materiálů nezbytných pro řádné dokončení provozuschopného díla, dále provedení všech činností souvisejících s dodávkou stavebních prací a konstrukcí, jejichž provedení je pro řádné dokončení díla nezbytné (např. zařízení staveniště, bezpečnostní opatření apod.), geodetické zaměření dokončené stavby a vypracování geometrického plánu pro vklad do katastru nemovitostí a zajištění a předání projektové dokumentace skutečného provedení díla. Veřejná zakázka bude financovaná z Modernizačního fondu HEAT č. 1/2025 – Modernizace tepláren (SZTE) Ministerstva životního prostředí.
