Objekt pozostáva zo 4 pavilónov, pričom predmetom rekonštrukcie su iba pavilony B a C školy - v rozsahu úprav : pavilón "C" 2.NP - 2.01, 2.07-2.16 + pavilón "B" 2.NP - 2.18-1, 2.18-2, 2.19, 2.20, 2.21, 2.24, 2.26, 2.15, 2.16, 2.17, 2.13 a chodba 2.01. V miestnostiach budú realizované stavebné úpravy (podlahy, omietky, stropy, maľby, dvere, vnútorné parapety), ZTI, ELI a vykurovanie (výmena radiátorov). Stropné dosky nad jednotlivými podlažiami sú železobetónové dosky. Bližšie informácie k predkladaniu ponuk sú uvedené v súťažných podkladoch, pričom uchádzač naceňuje práce podľa priloženej PD, v rozsahu výkazu výmer.
