Reconstruction of Tatranská Street, 1st stage – construction works

The subject of the order is the reconstruction of a local road, sidewalks, and related paved areas on Tatranská Street in Banská Bystrica, in the section from Rudohorská Street towards Starohorská Street. The reconstruction of the local road and parking spaces is designed in the section from the intersection with Rudohorská Street (0.000 – 0.240 km) and in the entire section of the entrance to the inner courtyards of the apartment buildings Tatranská 99 to 109, Rudohorská 28 to 32 and to the Kindergarten according to the attached situation. The design also includes the addition of parking spaces in the scope indicated in the situation. The reconstruction of the local road, including parking spaces, is also designed in the entire section of the turn from Tatranská Street leading past the apartment buildings Tatranská 79 to 65. In all these sections, the renewal of asphalt road layers, local repairs of underlying layers, and the adjustment of adjacent paved areas are considered. In the entire solved section, the replacement of existing road curbs with new road curbs in the original or project-adjusted position is proposed. At the beginning of the solved section, the construction of new interlocking pavement sidewalks is proposed, ensuring pedestrian connection to the catchment parking lot, from Rudohorská Street and at the same time from the housing estate on Tatranská Street (0.000 – 0.180 km). The sidewalks are designed with a width of 1.50 m. In sections where the sidewalk needs to be vertically separated from the adjacent slope, a retaining wall made of prefabricated reinforced concrete elements in an "L" shape is proposed. The construction also includes the reconstruction of existing stairs leading from the sidewalk to the adjacent parking lot. The reconstruction of the existing sidewalk along the local road is designed with interlocking pavement in the section from the access road to the parking garage towards Starohorská Street (0.180 – 0.920 km). Behind the apartment buildings Tatranská 107 to Tatranská 65, the reconstruction of the existing sidewalk with interlocking pavement is proposed, including the reconstruction of existing stairs with railings leading from the sidewalk to the adjacent parking lot. As part of the construction, the replacement of public lighting in the entire solved section is also considered. The public lighting adjustment will include lighting for pedestrian crossings. At the same time, the laying of multi-ducts is proposed. Monika Zaťková, authorized civil engineer, reg. no. 4724*A2, which was prepared for the construction notification (Annex No. 1 and No. 2 of this part of the tender documents), as well as in the draft contract for work, which forms Annex No. 1 of part III. of the tender documents.
