Predmet nabave detaljno je opisan u Troškovniku i projektno-tehničkoj dokumentaciji (Glavnom i izvedbenom projektu), koji su sastavni dio ove dokumentacije o nabavi. Radovi se izvode sukladno: 1. Glavnom projektu, zajedničke oznake JH-01/25, iz lipnja 2025. godine, izrađenom od Ureda ovlaštenog arhitekta Jurica Robert Hajdarović Haidar; 2. Građevinskoj dozvoli (KLASA: UP/I-361-03/25-01/000181, URBROJ: 2125-06-02/14-25-0018, od 03.07.2025.) izdanoj od Ličko-senjske županije, Upravnog odjela za prostorno uređenje, graditeljstvo i zaštitu okoliša, Izdvojeno mjesto rada Novalja; 3. Izvedbenom projektu, zajedničke oznake JH-01/25, iz studenog 2025. godine, izrađenom od Ureda ovlaštenog arhitekta Jurica Robert Hajdarović Haidar.
