Predmet javnega naročila je izvedba projekta »REKONSTRUKCIJA IN UREDITEV OBJEKTA ZA STALNO RAZSTAVO O KULTURNI KRAJINI GORIČKEGA«, ki obsega rekonstrukcijo in ureditev obstoječega objekta v Serdici za namen vzpostavitve stalne razstave oziroma interpretacijskega prostora o kulturni krajini Goričkega, območjih Natura 2000, kvalifikacijskih vrstah, habitatnih tipih ter pomenu njihovega ohranjanja. Javno naročilo zajema izvedbo vseh gradbeno-obrtniških del, zunanje ureditve, notranje oziroma mizarske opreme, električnih inštalacij in opreme, strojnih instalacij in opreme, dobav, montaž, preizkusov, meritev, dokazil, čiščenja, predaje dokumentacije ter vseh spremljajočih in zaključnih del, ki so potrebni za popolno, kakovostno, funkcionalno in pravočasno izvedbo predmeta naročila. Dela se izvedejo skladno z razpisno dokumentacijo, projektno dokumentacijo PZI, gradbenim dovoljenjem, Obrazcem 2 – Ponudbeni predračun z rekapitulacijo, tehničnimi specifikacijami, dokumentacijo oziroma zahtevami DNSH, Uredbo o zelenem javnem naročanju, vzorcem pogodbe, objavljenimi pojasnili naročnika in veljavnimi predpisi. Predmet javnega naročila se izvaja v okviru operacije »Obnova in povezovanje kopenskih habitatov in mokrišč na Goričkem«, akronim Povezani, ki se sofinancira iz Programa evropske kohezijske politike 2021–2027 v Sloveniji, Prednostna naloga 3: Zelena preobrazba za podnebno nevtralnost, Specifični cilj RSO2.7, iz sredstev Evropskega sklada za regionalni razvoj (ESRR), pripadajočega nacionalnega javnega prispevka in sredstev Občine Rogašovci. Javno naročilo ni razdeljeno na sklope. Ponudnik mora ponuditi celoten predmet javnega naročila, delne ponudbe niso dopustne. Naročnik bo javno naročilo oddal ponudniku, ki bo predložil dopustno ponudbo z najnižjo ponudbeno ceno brez DDV.
