Original language: isFjársýsla ríkisins, fyrir hönd Sjúkratrygginga Íslands (kaupanda), kt. 650309-0220, óskar eftir hæfum þjónustuveitendum til þátttöku í ferli um rekstur nýs hjúkrunarheimilis að Þursaholti á Akureyri. Um er að ræða nýtt hjúkrunarheimili með allt að 140 hjúkrunarrýmum, sem mun vera staðsett að Þursaholti 6 á Akureyri. Samningar sem Sjúkratryggingar gera við þjónustuveitendur um kaup á heilbrigðisþjónustu eru grundvallaðir á IV. kafla. laga nr. 112/2008 um sjúkratryggingar. Markmið samninga um þjónustu hjúkrunarheimila er að tryggja öldruðum og/eða fjölveikum einstaklingum einstaklingsmiðaða, heildræna og örugga þjónustu á hjúkrunarheimili. Um er að ræða útboðsferli samkvæmt VIII. kafla OIL, sérreglur um félagsþjónustu og aðra sértæka þjónustu („létta leiðin). Auk VIII. kafla gilda ákvæði XI. og XII. kafla um innkaup skv. léttu leiðinni. Að öðru leyti en fram kemur í VIII. kafla taka lög um opinber innkaup ekki til slíkra innkaupa nema annað sé tekið fram, sbr. 3. mgr. 92. gr.
