Ślężna 186/4, Przedmiot zamówienia podzielony jest na 2 Etapy i obejmuje: 1) Etap gwarantowany, w zakres którego wchodzą m. in.: a) roboty murarsko-tynkarskie, podłogowe, posadzkarskie, stolarskie, okładzinowe i malarskie, b) roboty w zakresie instalacji sanitarnych wraz z konieczną wymianą osprzętu, c) roboty w zakresie instalacji elektrycznych wraz z konieczną wymianą osprzętu, d) wykonanie dokumentacji odbiorowej dla każdego lokalu mieszkalnego w zakresie określonym w § 4 ust. 1 pkt 19) wzoru umowy 2) Etap objęty prawem opcji, zgodnie z art. 441 ustawy Pzp, obejmuje wykonanie przewodów wentylacyjnych w przypadku stwierdzenia (opinia kominiarska) braku wentylacji w danym lokalu i konieczności jej wykonania.
