Przedmiotem zamówienia jest Wykonanie wielobranżowej dokumentacji projektowej wraz z wielobranżowym nadzorem autorskim oraz na jej podstawie wykonanie robót budowlanych w celu realizacji zadania, pn. „Remont i przebudowa budynku przy Alei Franciszka Mamuszki 14 w Sopocie na Centrum Konferencyjno-Kulturalno-Edukacyjne”. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje wykonanie wielobranżowej dokumentacji projektowo–kosztorysowej zgodnie z Programem Funkcjonalno-Użytkowym, a następnie, na podstawie projektu wykonanie całości robót budowlanych i wszelkich innych czynności niezbędnych do wykonania zadania i następnie uzyskania pozwolenia na użytkowanie obiektu. Zamawiający zaleca a nie wymaga, odbycia wizji w celu zapoznania się z warunkami realizacji zamówienia. Udział w wizji jest dobrowolny i pozostaje bez wpływu na ocenę złożonej oferty.
