1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest realizacja inwestycji pn. „Remont (modernizacja) nawierzchni boiska wielofunkcyjnego przy Szkole Podstawowej w Dziaduszycach”, w ramach której Wykonawca jest zobowiązany do modernizacji istniejącego boiska wielofunkcyjnego przy Szkole Podstawowej w Dziaduszycach poprzez wykonanie, w szczególności: a. robót rozbiórkowych i demontażowych: rozebranie istniejącej nawierzchni poliuretanowej, rozebranie podbudowy w miejscu zapadnięcia nawierzchni boiska, demontaż bramek, b. uzupełnienia podbudowy z kruszywa łamanego w miejscu zapadnięcia boiska, c. uzupełnienia podbudowy betonowej w miejscu zapadnięcia boiska, d. przygotowania podłoża, e. wykonania nawierzchni poliuretanowej boiska wraz z malowaniem linii, f. montażu elementów wyposażenia boiska: bramek do gry w piłkę ręczną (wraz z siatką), słupków do gry w piłkę siatkową (wraz z siatką), pozwalających na płynną regulację wysokości siatki w zakresie 100 mm – 250 mm. 2. Niezależnie od obowiązków, o których mowa w ust. 1 powyżej, Wykonawca zobowiązany jest do dostawy i montażu, w miejscu realizacji inwestycji, tablicy informacyjnej (dalej: Tablica informacyjna), wykonanej z trwałego materiału, zgodnie z projektem stanowiącym Załącznik nr 1A do SWZ – „Tablica informacyjna”, przy uwzględnieniu wytycznych Zamawiającego.
