Wykonawca udzieli Zamawiającemu gwarancji na przedmiot zamówienia (tj. wykonane roboty budowlane, zastosowane materiały), na okres co najmniej 36 miesięcy, licząc od dnia podpisania bez uwag Protokołu Odbioru Końcowego. 4. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz wymagania Zamawiającego względem przedmiotu zamówienia zostały określone w: 4.1.
