The subject of the contract will be carried out in a facility open to tourists, and due to this fact, construction works should be planned so as not to interfere with its normal operation during tourist visits. For this reason, the Contractor must secure communication and transport routes at the facility, with particular emphasis on tourist routes and access for vehicles. During the execution of works covered by the contract, the Contractor must ensure the complete safety of persons using the facility. 6.
