This tender concerns essential hydraulic engineering works aimed at maintaining and improving the condition of the Drwinia Długa river. The scope of work includes the repair of damaged left bank revetments, the removal of floating vegetation, and the sectional clearing of the riverbed. The project is divided into two main sections: from km 0+000 to 1+209 meters in Brzegi, Wieliczka Commune, and from km 1+209 to 4+600 meters in Kraków, Kraków Commune. The contractor will be responsible for various tasks, including earthworks using backhoe excavators with a 0.40m3 bucket capacity and transport of excavated material by tipper trucks up to 1 km. This also involves manual formation of embankments with transported soil. A significant part of the work includes repairing stone revetments (50cm thick) on the riverbanks and mechanical mowing of vegetation from the banks. Furthermore, the contractor must mechanically remove floating vegetation using a floating device and extract it from the riverbed. Clearing blockages and obstructions, such as branches and debris that impede water flow, is also a key requirement. The contractor will be responsible for loading, transporting, and managing all excavated material and mown vegetation in accordance with applicable regulations. This includes mechanical excavation of silt deposits (20-30cm thick) from the riverbed, either from the bank or a floating platform depending on water levels, with transport up to 1 km and subsequent disposal. Finally, post-completion cleanup and compensatory works, including tidying the site after all material has been removed, are required.
