Lotul 1 are ca obiect achiziția serviciilor de proiectare și execuția lucrărilor pentru obiectivul de investiții „Renovare Cămin Cultural”, parte a proiectului „Infrastructură Culturală Modernă și Regenerare Spații Publice, Oraș Ghimbav, Județul Brașov”. Serviciile de proiectare includ elaborarea documentațiilor tehnice necesare în vederea obținerii avizelor, acordurilor și autorizațiilor, elaborarea proiectului tehnic și a detaliilor de execuție, certificarea performanței energetice și întocmirea raportului NZEB, precum și asistența tehnică din partea proiectantului pe perioada execuției lucrărilor.
