General procurement notice Ukraine 03.11.2026 03.11.2027 The purpose of the Project is to ensure comprehensive modernisation, improved operational performance, energy efficiency, safety and resilience of the Pervomaisk Maternity Hospital. Grant Beneficiary – Pervomaisk City Council of Mykolaiv Region, acting through the Municipal Non-profit Enterprise “Pervomaisk Central City Multidisciplinary Hospital”. The Project and the related procurement are financed by grant funds provided by the Government of Denmark via he Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark within “Ukraine Transition Programme” to NEFCO Green Recovery Fund for Ukraine and , as well as by co-financing from Pervomaisk City Council. Tender announcement is expected in December 2026. Contract award and commencement of works is planned for the second quarter of 2027, with completion of works no later than the second quarter of 2029.
