License Agreement No.: X310-MLicensee: Busters Marine Bronx Marina, LLC.The City of New York Department of Parks & Recreation ('Parks') has awarded a concession to Busters Marine Bronx Marina, LLC, of 3052 Shore Road, Bellmore NY, 11710, for the Renovation, Operation and Maintenance of full- service Marina at Locust Point, Bronx (Licensed Premises). The concession, which was solicited by a Request for Proposals, will operate pursuant to a license agreement for one (1) twenty (20) year term.
