Description

Le présent marché porte sur les travaux de génie civil et de gros œuvre liés à la rénovation et à la transformation du CID de Malley, réalisés en site occupé et par étapes. Il comprend les installations de chantier (CAN 113), la déconstruction et les démolitions (CAN 117), les micropieux (CAN 171), les fouilles et terrassements y compris la gestion des matériaux en terrain pollué (CAN 211/216), les canalisations et l'évacuation des eaux (CAN 237), les ouvrages en béton coulé sur place et précontraint (CAN 241/246), les escaliers (CAN 334) ainsi que les aménagements extérieurs: couches de fondation, bordures, pavages et dallages, chaussées et revêtements, dispositifs de retenue (CAN 221/222/223/281). Les travaux s'exécutent en trois étapes successives, dans le respect de la continuité d'exploitation de la déchetterie et à proximité immédiate des voies CFF.
