Description

Description of Requirement: PCH wishes to establish a Standing Offer (SO) agreement with one (1) Contractor for the rental of mobile units, in the style of construction site trailers. These mobile units will be used to meet requirements related to various elements of PCH's event programming (offices, storage area, etc.) in the National Capital Region (NCR). Duration of Contract: The period of the standing offer is from the date of the offer to July 31, 2028 inclusive, with potentially an extension for up to two (2) additional periods of one (1) year each. There are mandatory technical criteria associated with the requirement. For a complete list of all mandatory technical criteria, refer to the solicitation documents. The selection of a successful bidder will be made using the following selection methodology: • Lowest Evaluated Price with Mandatory Technical Criteria. For Canada to declare an offer compliant, the offer must comply with the requirements of the solicitation of offers and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria. Canada will consider the compliant offer with the lowest evaluated price for issuance of a standing offer. Security Requirements There are security requirements associated with the resulting contract/standing offer: The following security requirements (LVERS and related clauses, as provided for in the Contract Security Program) apply and form an integral part of the standing offer: 1. The contractor/bidder personnel who require access to regulated worksites* must hold a valid SITE ACCESS STATUS, issued or approved by Canadian Heritage (PCH). 2. Subcontracts which contain security requirements are not to be awarded without the prior written permission of PCH. 3. The contractor/offeror must comply with the provisions of the Security Requirements Check List (SRCL). *NB : The regulated worksite is that of Parliament Hill..
