The Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs and Governance invites sealed bids for the following:
Rental of Office Building for the Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs and Governance
Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding procedure specified in the Procurement Act 2003.
Interested Bidders may obtain further information from, inspect the bidding document and uplift a complete set of bidding documents at the Admin/Procurement Department, Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs and Governance at address 1 (see below) from May 8, 2026. The bid document may be uplifted from 08:00hrs to 14:00hrs, Mondays to Thursdays, and on Fridays from 08:00hrs to 15:00hrs. A copy

Qualification requirements include but are not limited to: Bidders registered in Guyana must submit valid Certificates of Compliance from the Guyana Revenue Authority (GRA) and National Insurance Scheme (NIS).

Bids shall be valid one hundred twenty days (120) of the date of bid opening.
