Slough Borough Council is seeking expression of interest from suitably qualified contractors with relevant experience in delivering this type of contract, in scope and value, to attend a market engagement event. Interested organisations are required to provide responses to the below questions and submit by the 13th July 2026 via the messaging section of the Intend portal. See link below https://in-tend.co.uk If you intend to attend the market engagement event, please, send an email confirmation of your attendance along with names, roles, and email addresses of all attendees from your organisation, using the below email address. The event will be via teams. Once your confirmation is received, an invite will be forwarded to the list of names/emails received. Procurement Route • The Council is proposing a Competitive Flexible Procedure. Have you participated in this procedure (or similar) within the last two years? o Please explain the reasons for your view (e.g., flexibility, dialogue, ability to refine solutions). o If no, please outline any concerns or limitations you foresee. Contract Form • The Council is considering a TPC (Term Partnering Contract).
