Original language: FrenchL'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent la totalité des périodes de reconduction. Accord cadre à bons de commande avec un seul opérateur économique d'une durée d'un an reconductible trois fois avec un maximum de 200 000 euro(s) HT/an. Certains enrobés bitumineux mis en oeuvre pour les chaussées du département de l'Ardèche sont susceptibles de contenir de l'amiante et des HAP (Hydrocarbure aromatique polycyclique), de l'amiante et/ou du plomb sont susceptibles d'être présents dans les structures d'ouvrages d'art et/ou leurs équipements, de l'amiante naturelle peut être présente dans les sols. Par conséquent pour assurer la sécurité et protéger la santé des personnes qui interviennent sur les chantiers : - de fraisage des couches de roulement, le maitre d'ouvrage doit évaluer le risque lié à la présence d'amiante en application des articles L4531-1 et L4121-2 du code du travail. De même, en ce qui concerne les conditions de santé publique, il incombe de rechercher la présence de HAP Le présent accord cadre à bons de commande concerne la réalisation de missions définies comme « repérage des matériaux et produits contenant de l'amiante dans les ouvrages de génie civil, infrastructures de transport et réseaux divers-Mission et méthodologie (Novembre 2020) » au sens de la norme NF X 46-102 -de travaux de réhabilitations d'ouvrage d'art Le présent accord cadre à bons de commande concerne la réalisation de missions définies comme « repérage des matériaux et produits contenant de l'amiante dans les ouvrages de génie civil, infrastructures de transport et réseaux divers-Mission et méthodologie (Novembre 2020) » au sens de la norme NF X 46-102
