Description

The Services comprise of the replacement, supply, installation, testing, balancing and commissioning of Low-Pressure Hot Water (LPHW) and Domestic Hot Water (DHW) mechanical equipment within Mechanical Plant Rooms No. 5 and No. 6, subject to funding. The works include the replacement of eight (8) gas boilers and associated pumps, fourteen (14) LPHW and DHW distribution pump sets, and one (1) Lochinvar gas-fired DHW heater. The project also includes all necessary pipework modifications, supports, electrical wiring and containment, insulation of exposed pipework and associated components, the upgrade of control valves and actuators across thirteen (13) LPHW and DHW systems, and the testing, recommissioning and validation of the Building Management System (BMS) control strategy and associated field control devices to ensure the efficient and reliable operation of the systems.
