The WEF dates are usually published a few months in advance, and the event typically takes place in the second half of January, most often in the third week.Due to the unique logistical constraints of Davos during the WEF period — including extremely limited availability, high demand and short lead times — WFP seeks to identify qualified and experienced service providers capable of delivering accommodation, office space, meeting facilities and catering (food & beverage) services, either individually or as an integrated solution.The purpose of this request for EOI is to identify suppliers with verified technical and financial capacity to perform the service.
Eligible suppliers will be invited to participate in the bidding process for the proposed tender.The purpose of this Request for Expression of Interest (EOI) is to identify suitably qualified suppliers with demonstrated technical, operational and financial capacity; assess market availability in a highly constrained environment; and establish a shortlist of suppliers who may be invited to participate in a subsequent competitive solicitation process.This EOI does not constitute a solicitation, nor does it represent a commitment by WFP to issue a tender or award a contract.After the deadline for submission of responses has passed, WFP will evaluate responses received and will notify eligible participants of the outcome of the evaluation.Please submit your response by the deadline indicated on the attached EOI document.
