Description
MSH is undertaking a RFI process to gather market insights regarding the potential provision of retail and amenity services within selected MSH hospital facilities as part of future precinct planning. MSH’s hospitals serve large and diverse communities and experience significant daily visitation from patients, families, clinicians, and staff. As these precincts evolve in response to population growth and planned infrastructure upgrades, MSH is exploring how retail and amenity services may be appropriately integrated to support the needs of users. MSH is currently in an early planning phase and has not determined a preferred service delivery approach. The scope, scale, and configuration of any future retail or amenity offerings remain subject to: Completion of the capital works program Ongoing design development Operational and organisational considerations To assist respondents in considering potential concepts and formats, MSH notes that future tenancy footprints may vary, with indicative sizes potentially ranging from approximately 25 m² to 200 m², depending on final design, location, and service type. This range is provided for contextual purposes only and does not represent a commitment to any specific footprint, number, or availability of retail spaces. This RFI is conducted solely to inform MSH’s internal planning and understanding of market capability. It does not constitute a procurement process, does not invite offers, and does not create any obligation or commitment by MSH to proceed with leasing, contracting, or implementing any retail model.
