Description

This Request for Information is issued by The Department of National Defence (DND) for the purpose of gathering information from industry regarding capabilities and potential approaches for the delivery of one-way service delivery of live television news services to multiple end-user locations at 17 Wing, Winnipeg. DND is seeking information on available industry solutions that could satisfy the following: • Providing delivery of live television programming to up to 35x end-user locations within a series of buildings at a single CAF complex; • Providing a hybrid solution capable of conventional two-way service delivery to unclassified buildings as well as one-way service delivery in order to operate within Canadian Armed Forces Physical Security & Emissions Security (EMSEC) zones at up to 4x locations, in accordance with applicable Government of Canada security requirements; and • Providing access to local, national, and international news programming..
