See Attached PreQualification Documents - if interested in being considered for this bid list - complete attachedScope of Work: SaskEnergy is seeking a Prime Contractor to complete partial renovations to the main and second floors of SaskEnergy Place located at 1777 Victoria Ave, Regina, SK.

The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, completing partial renovations to both the main and second floors of SaskEnergy Place in Regina, Saskatchewan. The renovation will include the installation of a new generator as part of the approximately 200m2 (2163 ft2) construction that will be taking place on the main floor. In addition to the main floor, approximately 176m2 (1897 ft2) of the existing second space is being renovated as part of the work which includes a full demo and reconstruction of interior walls, new paint, ceiling, flooring, extensive mechanical and electrical work and replacement of a small flat roof area, approximately 207m2 (2224 ft2).This work also includes the installation of a new fire panel and fire alarm system throughout the building. The building and work areas in the construction area will be occupied during the renovation, some evening and weekend work will be required and a high level of coordination with owners will be crucial. This project will be completed in stages. With the work spanning from October 2026 to spring 2027.
