Manitoba Public Insurance, Request for Proposal #3504Major Programs:Program Controls & Financial Management Services; and Contract Administration & Compliance ServicesManitoba Public Insurance is seeking proposals from qualified Vendors to provide specialized support services for MPI’s Major Programs through one or both of the following service streams: Program Controls & Financial Management Services; and Contract Administration Services.Participating Vendors may submit a Proposal for either service stream or for both service streams. Through this procurement, MPI intends to establish integrated service capacity that helps make MPI successful by strengthening delivery oversight, financial stewardship, vendor accountability, contract administration, governance support, audit readiness, and decision-making across complex, multi-vendor Major Program environments. The requested services are intended to reflect lessons learned, support increased contract management maturity, and bring deep expertise across contracts, project and program delivery, and financial management to connect these service pillars in a comparative, actionable, and integrated way, as more fully described in the RFP document.The final date for submissions isJune 30, 2026. Other dates of significance are contained within the body of the RFP.
