Agency: UNHCR | Reference: UNHCR RFP 3317 | Type: Request for proposal To achieve cost efficiency whilst ensuring outstanding quality of service, UNHCR is seeking to enter into a Frame Agreement (FA) for F2F recruitment services with multiple vendors specialized in such service area.The Frame Agreement will be signed with the successful bidders for a period of one (1) year with further extension of two-times one-year periods, subject to satisfactory performance; the total contract length is three (3) years.
