Heifer International - Request for Proposals Heifer International invites qualified GIS training providers to submit proposals to design and deliver a customized, four-day, in-person GIS training for 20 Program and Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) staff, preferably in Nairobi, Kenya. The training will emphasize practical skills in spatial data management, mapping, geospatial analysis, GIS dashboards, Power BI integration, and evidence-based decision-making.
