Technical requirements The Smart Africa Alliance Secretariat now invites the quotations for the supply and delivery of the following items (Multifunction Printers and scanner): Item Description Qty A4 colour multifunction printer (print, copy, scan). 43 ppm black/colour; automatic duplex print, copy and scan; first page out within 7 s. Dual-core processor, 2 GB memory. Duty cycle 80,000 pages/month; volume up to 10,000 Multifunction pages. Submission requirements for quotations ✓ Administrative documents : Business registration certificate/RDB certificate (relevant to printers business) and Tax Clearance Certificate/Equivalent. ✓ Technical Requirements : Detailed description of the essential technical and performance characteristics of the product to be supplied establishing conformity to technical specifications provided. Any deviation from the requested specifications shall be highlighted and explained. ✓ Financial Requirements : Price schedule for Multifunction Printers and scanner as per format provided. The price for the Goods to be supplied shall consider all applicable taxes and as per price schedule provided (Annex I) Note: The currency of the submission and payment is the Rwandan Francs. 3. Submission process Soft copies of quotations in English must be submitted via email to: procurement@smartafrica.org with mention: 159/SA/RFQ/10/2026, “ RFQ_Supply and delivery of Multifunction Printers and scanner ” not later than 10th November 2026 at, 05:00 pm local time (Kigali). It is the sole responsibility of the bidders to ensure that the electronic quotation reaches the above address before the time and date indicated. Late proposals will be rejected Quotations should be sent by completing and signing the price schedule enclosed in Annex I and attaching any other documents required to be submitted under this RFQ.
