Description

The Department of Education (the Department) is undertaking commissioning activity identified in the Department’s Agency Commissioning Plan for the following programs: Chaplaincy and Student Wellbeing : Provides pastoral care and general wellbeing support to students in participating public schools through chaplains and student wellbeing officers. Registration of interest closes 11 December 2026. Child and Parent Centres: Provide early childhood and family support services for young children and their families, with a focus on supporting children's development, health and learning. Registration of interest closes 31 January 2027. Aboriginal Engagement Programs: Provide place-based programs that support Aboriginal students’ wellbeing, engagement and learning, including their connection to culture and identity. Registration of interest closes 31 January 2027. The Department is seeking to identify organisations that may have an interest in participating in stakeholder engagement and service design activities; and possible future service delivery across these programs. The Department is particularly interested in hearing from community sector organisations and Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations (ACCOs) that may have relevant capability or experience in delivering services across one or more of these programs or regions.
