Manitoba Public Insurance, Request for Tender #153 Elevator and Escalator Preventive Maintenance ServicesManitoba Public Insurance wishes to retain a Vendor to provide and perform all full inclusive elevator and escalator preventative maintenance services incityplacelocated at 234 Donald Street and 266 Hargrave Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba. The preventative elevator and escalator maintenance services are inclusive of all parts and supplies required and are described in detail in this RFT and it’s Schedules (collectively, the “Services”), as more fully described in the RFT.*There is a size limitation on bid submissions of 20 MB per file. Multiple files may be submitted.Mandatory Site Visit:It is mandatory that the Vendor, or a Representative of the Vendor, attends a site visit to examine the scope of the Service Requirements and the existing conditions (“Site Visit”).  A maximum of two (2) people per Vendor shall attend.  Prior to the Site Visit Vendors should confirm their attendance by email to the email address listed in, and in accordance with Section 6.03.The Site Visit shall be held onThursday, May 28, 2026,starting at 10:00 am local time at theCityplaceSecurity Desk on the main floor at 234 Donald Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba, as more fully described in the RFT.The final date for submissions isJune 18, 2026at 4:30 PM (CT).  Other dates of significance are contained within the body of the RFT.
