Description
To deliver an outdoor pursuits sports leadership programme which will engage with 80 participants in eight groups of 10 young people with 28 hours of meaningful and purposeful contract. The project is to be delivered on a cross community, cross border basis. The aim of the project is to increase the participants’ confidence, build their resilience, self-esteem and leadership qualities. The budget is €60,976 exclusive of VAT over a two year period. The joint co-delivery and management of the project will transform perceptions of others from a different community background (attitudinal change) resulting in participants engaging in shared activities on a sustained, cross-community basis (behavioural change).
